Every Tuesday

  • Taco Tuesday Road Cycling Group
  • Every Tuesday at 6:00PM
  • Group ride thanks to the help of TrailSpring, Cycles Unlimited, and Houlihan’s South.
  • Plan to meet in the Houlihan’s South parking lot
  • Ride ends back at Houlihan’s for tacos and margaritas
  • Sombreros optional, helmets required!
SATURDAY

Every Saturday

April-October

  • Yoga in the Park Every Saturday at 9:00AM
  • Free flow taught by yoga instructor, Jayme Sweere, from Ozark Mountain Yoga!
  • Plan to meet in the green-space next to Cloud House
  • Flow is for all ages and abilities
  • Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle
  • For inclement weather, flow will be relocated to the Ozark Mountain Yoga studio.
SUNDAY

Every Sunday

  • Crossfit RTB Complimentary WOD
  • Every Sunday at 1:00PM
  • Meet at Crossfit RTB for a complimentary W.O.D.
