  • Bar Cardio - Dance Trance

    Description: This class is all about high energy music. Students change with the music or follow hand signals displayed by the instructor. We totally promote setting yourself free to become one with the rhythm and one with the music. You don’t have to be a “dancer” to LOVE Dance Trance!!!

    Instruction provided by Traci Henrix. Traci was a Ballroom Dance instructor in Las Vegas before moving to Springfield. Her love of dance is why she became a certified Dance Trance Instructor. The choreography challenges your mind, the music inspires movement and fun.

  • Bar Cardio - Full Body Toning
    Starts: 8:00 am

    Description: High energy but low impact, intense toning and sculpting of your upper body, core, glutes and legs. Crunches, leg lifts, mountain climbers, planks, it is old school aerobics and exercises!.Enjoy this class at your own personal level. Bring light hand weights if you like. Recommend mat, towel and water.

    Instruction provided by Kristy Horton. Kirsty is certified and licensed in several group exercise classes, personal trainer and Senior Fitness instructor along with over 35 years of dance experience and teaching of all genres. My passion is helping people be healthy and happy.

    Description: Think yoga is just for the young, fit, and flexible? Think again! Yoga is an activity that can be done by any BODY in any condition! If you have ever been interested in yoga but hesitant to try it for the first time, this is the class for you! Join Lindsey as she takes you through a series of postures and movements that break through some of the tightness in the body, and help improve the quality of the breath.

    This class will be accessible and enjoyable for the first time student, the experienced yogi, and everyone in between. Come and learn what yoga is truly about!! Bring a mat, blanket, water, and a smile. Some props will be available on a first come first serve basis.

    Instruction provided by Lindsey Andrews. Lindsey is a RYT-200 certified instructor finishing her RYT-500 soon. Her focus is on the energetic aspects of yoga and its holistic implications. Currently working on her BS in Physics and Ph.D. in Metaphysical Sciences.

    Instruction will be provided in the Farmers Park Green-space located adjacent to the Farmers Park Community Gardens.

    Description: The JDRF Young Leadership Committee is hosting its 2nd Annual Rock the Cure event Farmer’s Park Pavilion

    This outdoor music party will keep you ROCKING!

    We have an acoustic set during the VIP Party at 6:30-7:45 pm and then ROCK ON with Sequel Dose at 8:00 pm.

    VIPs will enjoy beer and wine, great food during the VIP Pre-party, live music with early entry starting at 6:30 pm and reserved tables.

    Entry starting at 7:30pm. Gather your friends and join the 2nd Annual Rock the Cure for JDRF

    This event will benefit the local JDRF(Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) of the Ozarks. We are the only local organization dedicated to helping find a cure and preventing type 1 diabetes in all people.
